Full Job Description
We are looking for a Town Planner to support the delivery of a wide range of planning projects and help shape sustainable development across the UK.
In this role, you will:
· Support and manage planning applications and development projects, including major and complex schemes
· Contribute to policy development, plan-making and urban regeneration initiatives
· Prepare and contribute to high-quality planning reports, statements and technical documents
· Support major infrastructure schemes, including NSIPs and National Developments
· Work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who bring a combination of technical capability, collaboration and a passion for high-quality planning outcomes:
· A degree in Town Planning (or related discipline) and RTPI membership (or working towards)
· Experience contributing to planning applications and development management projects
· Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policy and guidance
· Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality outputs
