Consultant Radiologist - Gynaecological Imaging

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a third consultant to join our team of two existing gynaecological subspecialty radiologists based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. This is a high-volume centre hosting multiple tertiary MDTs every week including gynae oncology and germ cell. In addition to oncological work there is the option to explore pelvic floor imaging and placental MRI., This role will involve access to US, MRI and CT reporting as well as MDT preparation and oncological intervention. The position is based at the BRI, which is a major part of the newly formed Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, the second largest FT within NHS England. A University Hospitals Trust The post will include a general radiology on call component. The appointee would be also part of the gynaecology and germ cell MDT rotas. This is funded as a full-time substantive position (10 PAs including on call commitment). Consultants are employed under the Terms and Conditions - Consultants (England) 2003.
