Full Job Description
You will provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that supports recovery and positive outcomes. Working closely within a multidisciplinary team, you will offer psychological consultation and expertise to colleagues, contribute to formulation-led care planning and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions across the service. You will also provide clinical supervision and guidance to psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees, helping to develop a psychologically informed culture. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will contribute to service development, audit, quality improvement and clinical governance activities, ensuring the continued delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care.
- Hold professional registration with HCPC and BPS
- For a consultant post, you are required to have 6 years of post-qualification experience
