Full Job Description
Act as a clinical leader, shaping and developing the service during the Trust's new build project.
Support the transition of Ward 35 to the Kingsway Site and the establishment of Dove Ward.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote patient-centred care.
Advise on and contribute to service improvement and policy development.
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
Fully registered with GMC with license.
Approved clinician status.
Eligibility for GMC Specialist Register within six months of interview date.
Skills
Excellent knowledge of the speciality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to meet duties under MHA and MCA.
Leadership and team working skills.
Experience in research and service provision.
General Inpatient Psychiatry. Grade NHS Medical & Dental Consultant. Contract Permanent. Full time - 10 sessions per week. Job ref 383-MED-#####-26.
Site: Radbourne Unit, Town Derby. Salary £109,725 - £145,478 per annum, pro rata. Salary period: yearly. Closing date 28/05#####6 23:59.
