Full Job Description

CNWL is looking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Consultant to join the Harness Community Mental health Team., This is a Consultant Psychiatrist replacement post working within the Harness Locality Community Mental Health Team. The post holder will have consultant and RC responsibility for a defined caseload of service users under the care of the local CMHT. The post holder will also provide mentoring and supervision as an experienced consultant.

This full time position would be excellent for someone wanting to broaden their experience of community psychiatry and develop their clinical skills in a supportive and challenging environment. The team is well established with good support from senior clinical and managerial colleagues.

Brent Adult Mental Health Service provides a range of services for adults within community and hospital settings. Our community services have recently transformed to improve the quality of care received by people with mental health needs in their local community in line with the NHS Long Term Plan, towards provision of more integrated, personalised and place-based care.

£113,565 to £150,569 a year London weighting of £2,162 per annum pro rata
