Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Consultation to join our Orthodontic department.
If successful you will be working in the outpatient clinic, undertaking specialist orthodontic treatment for patients who attend our department with complex orthodontic problemsThis role consists of six four-hour Programmed Activity (PA's) each week, split across Southend & Broomfield Hospitals. Your Programmed Activity will consist of clinical sessions and administrative work related to the patients being treated., The appointee will work in the Orthodontic Departments of both hospitals, undertaking specialist orthodontic treatment, new patient clinics, review clinics and Orthognathic hypodontia MDTs. The appointee will assist the other consultant orthodontists to run and develop the Orthodontic Department in its present and future service provision.
The post will be split between Southend and Broomfield Hospitals, but the appointee will be an employee of Southend University Hospital and appraisal and other aspects of the management of the employment will be led by Southend University Hospital.
