The Consultant Nurse Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity (LD/NDS) role will need to support the ongoing development of services in both inpatient and community services. We are looking for visible credible clinical nurse leader with an expert level of LD/NDS related knowledge and a strong focus to deliver innovative solutions. Main duties of the job Professional Leadership and consultancy Expert Practice Policy Practice and service development Education, Development,Research and Training, The post holder will provide professional nursing leadership ,strategic direction, supervision and expert consultancy on all aspects of clinical nursing practice and care of people with Learning Disabilities/Neurodiversity across inpatient and community services. This will involve working across professional and organisational boundaries .
