Consultant in Oral Medicine

Applications are invited for a full time Consultant in Oral Medicine within the University Dental Hospital at the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. This exciting post offers a rare opportunity to shape the strategy for Oral Medicine within the health board area., The successful applicants will be expected to contribute to and collaborate with advice to Cardiff University to help provide high quality education to undergraduates in the area of Oral Medicine

The University Hospital of Wales is a regional and national centre for a number of medical specialties and this role will include opportunities to support the development of networks where medicine and dentistry interface.

Applicants must be on the General Dental Council Specialist list in Oral Medicine or within 6 months of completion of specialty training in Oral Medicine., Cardiff and Vale University Health Boardis one of the largest Integrated Health Boards in the UK, employing over 15,000 staff, providing over 100 specialist services.
