Consultant in Nuclear Medicine

The successful applicant will be embedded in the nuclear medicine service, reporting and vetting studies and problem solving to ensure smooth patient journeys through the service. The successful candidate will have the ability to craft their own job plan with the Clinical Director. Home reporting and flexible reporting sessions are supported. The successful candidate will be working alongside 34 Consultant Radiologists, 135 Radiographers, 19 Nurses, 50 A&C staff and clinicians from various specialties. As a senior clinician people will look to you to help shape the future of Trust's nuclear medicine offering.,

• To consult within the specialty of Nuclear Medicine. This will include reporting and advising on imaging.
• To help lead and shape the Trust's nuclear medicine services.
• To engage in Registrar training (9 trainees from the Severn Deanery rotate through the department every six months).
