Full Job Description
Lead and develop the Weight Management Service, including:
- Oversight of clinical pathways for Tier 3 weight Management
- Collaboration with dietitians, psychologists, and physiotherapists
- Clinical input into patient assessments and treatment Planning
- Engagement in service improvement and audit activities Contribute to high-demand inpatient and outpatient diabetes and endocrine speciality activities alongside colleagues in the department Provide senior clinical decision-making during on-call cover Participate in annual job planning and appraisal. The post holder will be required to maintain their continuing professional development for successful revalidation Undertake statutory and mandatory training, as well as essential-to-role training as determined by the department and organisation
