Construction Solicitor - General Counsel

Group Legal provides strategic and pragmatic legal support across construction projects, commercial contracting and property matters. We work closely with Developments, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Procurement to manage legal risk, support strong governance and enable timely, value-for-money decision-making.
Transforming PLC is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor - General Counsel with dedicated construction experience to lead legal strategy across construction and related property matters. This high-impact role shapes legal governance, protects the organisation's interests and enables safe, compliant delivery across the Group.
What you'll lead:Strong legal leadership experience across construction projects and associated property mattersJCT/NEC contracting, procurement and governanceProperty transactions, leases and due diligence linked to construction deliveryDispute resolution and external counsel managementLegal processes, templates, training and capability building
