Construction Skills and Placement Specialist (EL847) Salary: £32,579 - £36,656 (per annum) Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37 per week Location: Ellesmere Port Campus We are looking for an inspirational Construction Skills and Placement Specialist to take on an exciting new role within our Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement Team. Starting in August 2026, this role will be based at our Ellesmere Port Campus. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring meaningful and valuable Construction work experience opportunities and T Level Placements are available to all students in scope within the sector across all campuses
Key Person Specification Requirements:
• HND/Level 4 Equivalent Qualification;
• GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent);
• Initial Advice and Guidance NVQ Level 3 (willingness to work towards);
• Level 3 Workplace Health and Safety Qualification (willingness to work towards);
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment; and
• Enhanced DBS check.
