Full Job Description
- Create, develop, and maintain high-quality training programmes for Miller Homes Production and Site teams, ensuring compliance and competency requirements are consistently met.
- Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing Production and Site staff.
- Organise and manage key training programmes, including site management development initiatives and Production and Site focused modules.
- Conduct site visits to coach and support learners in their working environment, ensuring learning is embedded into day-to-day practice.
Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. - Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
- Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
- Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
