Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Defence Training Estate. This role suits someone who is motivated, organised and confident managing multi-disciplinary projects that directly support military training capability through high-quality infrastructure delivery.Role DetailsSalary: Up to £54,115.86Car Allowance: £500 per monthContract: Permanent, office-based with up to 2 days WFH per week, Mon-Fri, 37 hrsLocation: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RSTravel: Regional travel required throughout the South West; expenses providedAbout the OrganisationLandmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate.We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. possible training experience for our ArmedForces.What You'll DoManage and steer a portfolio of up to 40 construction, civils and M&E projects generally over the timeline of a financial year. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projectsOversee project design, planning and executionLiaise with statutory bodies to secure approvals and permitsManage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual complianceEssentialHNC or equivalent in construction, project management or a related fieldProven experience managing construction or hard FM projectsStrong knowledge of Health & Safety regulationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with IT tools including MS ProjectValid UK driving licence and a means of transportDesirableExperience managing multi-disciplinary supply chainsKnowledge of MOD infrastructure processesAbout the RoleThis role offers the opportunity to work across a varied and high-impact estate, delivering infrastructure that directly
