Construction / Multi Skills Instructor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction instructor to join our team at Trent Acres with the ability to deliver quality lessons to students, inspiring learners and equipping them with the practical and theoretical skills needed for the modern construction industry.,

• Deliver practical construction lessons
• Plan engaging, differentiated learning activities
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging high expectations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support students with additional needs
• Contribute to wider school development and attend relevant training
• Uphold safeguarding duties and school policies
  
  We need someone with practical experience of Bricklaying, Joinery, Painting and decorating and Plumbing for our students to achieve the trade-based qualifications., QTS/QTLS is desirable but not essential
• Strong belief in every child's potential to achieve
• Resilience and initiative in a dynamic school environment
• Experience managing challenging behaviour positively
• Excellent planning, communication, and classroom practice
• Team-focused with a commitment to professional development
