• Supporting site management and subcontractors to maintain safe working practices Investigating incidents, near misses, and accidents and producing detailed reports Monitoring subcontractor compliance with health & safety procedures Maintaining accurate safety documentation and records Liaising with site management, clients, and regulatory bodies when required Requirements: Proven experience in a Construction Health & Safety Manager or similar H&S role within construction or fit-out projects Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Construction Certificate) Valid CSCS Card SMSTS or equivalent site safety management training (desirable) First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable) Asbestos Awareness Strong knowledge of UK construction health & safety legislation and best practice Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills To Apply: If you are interested in this

Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Health & Safety Manager to oversee and maintain health, safety, and high compliance standards on a distribution project based in Birmingham. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation who can support site teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a positive safety culture across the project. Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and managing health & safety compliance across the construction site Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with current HSE legislation and company policies Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Identifying hazards and implementing appropriate control measures
