Consents Manager - Co-op - Manchester, England, United Kingdom Base pay range Consents Manager £32,000 - £45,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A) Permanent - Hybrid - Manchester city centre. The role supports delivery of refit projects in food stores and funeral homes, ensuring landlord and neighbour consents are obtained. What you'll do
- Review lease terms to identify required landlord/neighbour consent.
- Compile request packs and communicate with landlords to secure consent, following up as needed.
- Assist construction team with repair responsibilities and obtain necessary consents for asset renewal works.
- Collaborate with in-house legal and finance teams on licenses, renegotiation of terms, and cost implications.
- Maintain a tracker and produce weekly risk-minimisation reports. This role would suit people who have
