• Advise and agree reinstatement of land and deal with agricultural loss claims Ensure the team proactively engages with landowners and occupiers on site as required projecting a professional image of the client and DM Work closely with the project teams, often operating from the project/client site Ensure all parties are kept updated and report on requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and their subcontractors, providing client updates through IT systems and meetings Ensure good record keeping in the team to monitor and review progress, provide regular client updates and ensure accurate billing Carry out work in compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies Support and provide constructive line management to own direct reports, engaging in regular progress review and feedback meetings and delegating tasks effectively Maintain and improve own knowledge and skills through company run
