Job description

• Senior Configuration Engineer at Pitstone. Champion and support the effective configuration and change control process across Engineering within the Product Lifecycle Management environment.
• Ensure data accuracy, traceability and compliance across the lifecycle of products from early concept to in-service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure change impacts are available, managed and visible to enable informed decision making.
• Experience with Windchill PLM is highly desirable.

Essential

• Understanding of configuration management principles within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Awareness of Change control processes and lifecycle concepts
• Experience working with structured data, records, or workflows
• Familiarity with PLM systems and engineering data management tools (e.g. Windchill)
• Good attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams

Desirable

• Awareness of aerospace or regulated industry standards and expectations
• Interest in developing further capability within configuration management
