Conference and Events Operations Coordinator

This role will be based on the university campus. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements., An opportunity for an 8 month secondment has arisen to join our dynamic Conference and Events team at Cloth Hall Court, a dedicated city-centre conference centre. We offer a range of venues and event management products and pride ourselves on providing a world-class, friendly and professional service.??You will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of conferences & events at Cloth Hall Court and across University of Leeds campus.

Do you have a passion for the events industry?, To be successful in this role, you will have at least one year of event management experience, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will have a flexible can-do attitude, exceptional organisational skills, a customer-centric approach to work, and thrives working as part of a team.?

During busy event periods, you will be required to provide support during weekends, early morning and evenings; 5 over 7 days. Otherwise, the working pattern is typical office hours and is based on-site at Cloth Hall Court.
