Full Job Description
- Ensure that all aspects of Health & Safety policy and practice are abided by, reinforcing Scheme Rules where appropriate.
- Managing Negative Engagement between residents, explaining importance of responsibility to neighbours, issuing information/warnings, liaison with neighbourhood Policing / enforcement etc.
- Monitor CCTV and address concerns in line with agreed protocol with the Concierge Manager and Supported Housing Manager, risk assessing concerns to determine intervention priorities.
- Ensure security of premises and residents throughout the shift, adhering to escalation policies for serious incidents and safeguarding concerns.
- Complete regular patrols of the building / grounds, using the opportunity to ensure residents understand their obligations, as contained / detailed in their accommodation agreement.
- Maintain overall compliance and safety through proactive supervision, including the mitigation of fire (or security) related risks, advising and instructing residents to limit fire-loading, fire-starting activities and ensuring escape routes remain clear and accessible. What you'll receive
