You'll support the creative team by:

• Developing bold, idea-led campaigns across TV, digital, social, print, and OOH
• Creating and localising content for a German-speaking audience, including sports (Bundesliga, Formula 1) and entertainment (HBO content)
• Turning concepts into compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and marketing teams
• Collaborating with internal teams and a Germany-based design team
• Working across the full campaign lifecycle, including production, shoots, and post-production
• Reacting to briefs and delivering creative solutions at pace
  
  This role sits within a dynamic advertising team, playing a key part in developing and delivering 360° campaigns for a German-speaking audience in the UK. • Proven experience in advertising and creative campaign development
• Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills
• Confident in copywriting, including developing headlines and campaign messaging
• Experience working across multiple channels (TTL campaigns)
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of production processes including shoots and post-production
• A passion for sports, entertainment, and content-driven campaigns
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
