Full Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Concept Artist to help develop the visual identity and worlds of our games, working closely with Art, Design and other disciplines to bring ideas to life. You will create compelling concept art across characters, environments, props and other game elements, helping teams explore ideas and providing a strong visual foundation for development. We are looking for someone with excellent artistic fundamentals, a strong portfolio and a genuine passion for video games and the games industry.,
- Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, vehicles and other game assets.
- Explore and communicate visual ideas through sketches, paintovers, mood boards and polished concepts.
- Work closely with Art, Design and other disciplines to translate gameplay and creative ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Iterate on concepts based on feedback while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
- Research and develop visual references appropriate to the game's setting, themes and artistic direction.
- Clearly communicate and present ideas to both artistic and non-artistic team members.

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent concept art and a solid understanding of visual design. - Strong understanding of composition, form, colour, lighting, perspective and anatomy.
- Proficiency with digital art tools such as Photoshop, Blender or other relevant software. Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 is a must.
- Ability to adapt your style and approach to suit different projects and creative requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Good understanding of how visual design contributes to gameplay, storytelling and player experience.
- Experienced in acting independently and taking initiative, with proven examples of self-management.
- A genuine passion for video games and the games industry, with an enthusiasm for creating worlds, characters and experiences that players want to explore., Experience creating concepts for AAA, co-development or other professional game projects.
- Skills in adjacent disciplines such as 3D modelling, character art, environment art or animation.
- Understanding of cinematic techniques and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating functional visual designs for game interfaces or other gameplay-facing elements.
