Full Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computing / Computer Science (ICT) Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality instruction. This role focuses on developing students' understanding of computing principles, programming, and digital literacy. The ideal candidate brings strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Plan and deliver lessons in computing, computer science, and ICT
+ Teach topics such as programming, algorithms, data structures, and digital systems
+ Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
+ Support students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback
+ Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students with different learning styles
+ Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
+ Integrate technology and practical activities into lessons
+ Monitor and report on student performance and development
+ Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
+ Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent certification)
+ Strong knowledge of computing concepts and programming fundamentals
+ Experience teaching ICT or computer science (school or training environment)
+ Excellent communication and classroom management skills
+ Passion for education and student development
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience teaching programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch
+ Familiarity with national or international curricula (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, IB, or equivalent)
+ Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, cybersecurity, data science)
+ Experience with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools
+ Additional certifications in teaching or technology-related fields
