What you'll do:
- Transform high-performance carbon fibre components with meticulous trimming and fitting
- Assemble and bond composite parts to exacting F1 standards
- Execute precision repairs using specialized techniques
- Work collaboratively across departments to optimize production

The perfect weekend schedule:
- Friday - Sunday (33 hours)
- Ideal work-life balance with four days off per week
You bring:
- 5+ years of composite trimming and assembly expertise (F1 experience preferred)
