Full Job Description

As a Compliance Technologist you will be at the heart of keeping our site running smoothly and safely. In this role you will take ownership of updating key technical systems, monitoring customer compliance data. and ensuring that audits and document control processes are completed accurately and on time. You will collaborate with teams across the site including QA, Technical, Process and Production, as well as with external partners. You will help everyone to stay aligned and confident in our compliance standards. Your work will make a real difference in keeping our operations efficient, consistent and fully compliant.,

  • Maintain and update technical systems to support safe and legal production
  • Collate and analyse technical and customer KPI data to identify trends
  • Manage customer complaints, logging responses and sharing updates with the QA Team.
  • Monitor customer retail systems, ensuring test results and alerts are managed appropriately.

  • You bring solid technical knowledge and hands on experience in food safety compliance
  • You are confident in using MS Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • You have strong analytical, planning and organisational skills, helping you to stay on top of tasks and priorities
  • You may have experience working with technical systems in chilled food manufacturing which would be an advantage
  • You communicate clearly, work well with others and enjoy solving problems with a practical, proactive approach
