Full Job Description
The Compliance Oversight Analyst will be responsible for supporting the governance and reporting processes for UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions covering all RBC's core markets including Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Global Asset Management (GAM). They will also act as a Business Analyst resource supporting the enhancement of oversight processes.
This is a full-time permanent position that requires 4 days in the office.
What will you do?
Assist in the compilation of senior management reporting for Compliance Oversight for the Europe and APAC region, covering CM, WM and GAM.
Support reporting to sponsors and appropriate committees through preparation of presentations and status updates, under the supervision of initiative leads.
Devise repeatable, clear, concise, and consistent reporting procedures and processes for the Compliance Oversight department.
Contributing, as required, to Compliance Oversight projects and adhoc time-critical deliverables.
Apply project management skills to support global Compliance initiatives, including identifying participants and roles, defining project deliverables, reporting structures, executing plans, meeting milestones, and ensuring quality of deliverables.

Working knowledge of European and UK regulatory environment.
Project management experience.
Delivery focused, comfortable with hard deadlines.
Ability to assimilate large amounts of information and get to the core of the issue.
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-have
Formal Project Management Certification (PMP)
Python &/or similar coding skills.
Knowledge of leading industry surveillance, monitoring & testing tools and case management.
