Compliance Manager

Monday - Friday | Days We're recruiting for an experienced Operations, Compliance & HSEQ Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Health & Safety, Compliance and Operational Management who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and ensuring the business operates to the highest standards. The Role of the Compliance Manager:

• Manage all Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality systems across the business Produce and maintain RAMS, site packs, COSHH records and compliance documentation Investigate incidents, accidents and implement corrective actions Oversee company accreditations Carry out site audits and ensure compliance across engineering teams Monitor daily operations, engineer deployment and job progress The Ideal Compliance Manager: Previous HSEQ / Compliance Management experience
  
  Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
Experience managing audits, accreditations and compliance systems
