Through collaboration with local authorities and key stakeholders, we deliver tailored, compassionate care that prioritises respect, opportunity and meaningful support - helping children reclaim the experiences they may have missed.Due to continued growth, we're hiring a Compliance Coordinator to join our expanding Compliance Team.Are you passionate about creating safe, supportive and compliant environments? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to join our Compliance Team - where no two days are the same and your work truly makes a difference.In this exciting role you'll:
- Play a key role in rolling out compliance policies that meet and exceed statutory and regulatory standards
- Lead on internal audits and inspections, helping us stay on top of health & safety, safeguarding and data protection
- Carry out hands-on workplace safety checks, risk assessments and investigate incidents with a problem-solving mindset
- Be the go-to point of contact for compliance and health & safety queries across the organisation
- Ensure safeguarding practices are not only followed but championed
- Keep on top of the latest from CQC, Ofsted and sector rules so we can keep our policies fresh and up to date
- Support our Compliance and Managers with key documentation and compliance tasks
- Keep everything running smoothly by managing audit admin, organising follow-ups and tracking progress
- Dive into data to uncover insights and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Share your knowledge - delivering support, training and guidance to teams on compliance, safety and digital systems
Experience in compliance, health and safety or risk management within a regulated sector is desirable - Experience conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Strong attention to detail and investigatory skills
- Process driven but able to use initiative to think outside of existing guidelines
- Excellent administration, organisational and problem solving skills
- Must have passed 6 month probationary period (for internal applicants only)
Competitive remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 base salary depending on experience - Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, however flexibility will be required depending on business needs
