We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance & Contracts Specialist Manager to provide operational assurance across Estates and Facilities services. The postholder will manage a defined portfolio of estates and specialist service contracts, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, NHS Health Technical Memoranda and contractual requirements, while supporting performance monitoring, audit readiness and effective governance across the Trust estate., The postholder will provide operational assurance across Estates and Facilities services, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, NHS Health Technical Memoranda and contractual requirements. Key duties include managing a defined portfolio of estates and specialist service contracts, monitoring contractor performance, maintaining robust compliance evidence, supporting audit readiness, and working closely with Estates, Procurement and service providers to address risks, performance issues and service improvement opportunities.

+ Manage a defined portfolio of estates and specialist service contracts, monitoring compliance, performance and delivery against agreed standards.
+ Act as the operational point of contact for compliance assurance with service providers, challenging non-compliance and supporting remedial actions.
+ Monitor contract performance through SLAs, KPIs and action plans, identifying risks, trends and areas requiring escalation.
+ Maintain accurate, auditable compliance and contract records to support governance, inspections and audit readiness.
+ Analyse compliance and performance data to identify assurance gaps, emerging risks and service improvement opportunities.
+ Work closely with Estates, Procurement and CAFM colleagues to support effective compliance recording, reporting and governance.
