Compliance Consultant

We are seeking a full-time Compliance Consultant at our Solihull office, with a salary of £25,000-£27,000. Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and track expiry dates for key safety requirements (Gas, EICR, Smoke & CO).
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to schedule inspections ahead of expiry.
• Maintain accurate, real-time updates on Reapit to ensure a clear audit trail.
• Check all certificates for legitimacy, completeness and compliance standards.
• Act as the main contact for contractors, ensuring service levels and timelines are met.
• Support Property Managers with access issues and remedial works following failed inspections.
Qualifications and Qualities
• High attention to detail when checking documentation and maintaining records.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors.
• Organised and proactive, managing multiple expiry dates and deadlines.
• Ability to resolve issues and coordinate follow-up works efficiently.
