Full Job Description

As a Compliance Consultant within our iManage (DCME) service, you will support dental practices with their compliance by delivering expert remote compliance management and helping practices stay inspection-ready.
You will be responsible for:
Managing your practices' remote compliance as part of the iManage (DCME) serviceCarrying out policy adaptations and reviews within the DCME application for your practicesGathering, reviewing and organising evidence to create an effective audit trailWriting accurate report notes to support each practice's audit trailProviding and maintaining compliance requirementsCoordinating and maintaining your diaryDelivering practice meetings and one-to-onesDelivering remote mock inspectionsBuilding and maintaining rapport with clients and practicesWorking independently and meeting deadlinesIdentifying upsell opportunities and ensuring all leads are passed to the new business team
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Compliance Consultant are

Essential:Minimum of five years of experience working in a dental practiceMinimum 3 years leading compliance and management in dental practiceExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational and diary management skillsExcellent dental compliance and CQC inspection knowledgeCapable of delivering high quality work within timeframesGood working knowledge of the auditing and reporting processGood working knowledge of risk assessing in a dental practiceExcellent attention to detailExperience working in both NHS and private practices
Desirable:Knowledge of the DCME application and templatesKnowledge of Agilio productsKnowledge of HIW inspections and processesIOSH 'Managing Safely' qualificationPresentation skillsExperience working in orthodontic, domiciliary and other specialist practices
