Compliance Apprentice

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you'll work closely with the Technician Apprenticeship team and support a wide range of activities. You'll be given the opportunity to learn, take responsibility and develop your skills in a supportive environment while working alongside experienced professionals.,

• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of Technician Apprentices.
• Organising medical and fitness tests, training and other apprenticeship requirements.
• Using and developing your IT skills to create and manage files, documents and workspace sites.
• Coordinating training and placement plans for Technician Apprentices.
• Arranging meetings, managing calendars and taking accurate meeting notes.
• Supporting the team with the smooth day-to-day running of the apprenticeship programme.
• Communicating with colleagues, apprentices and other stakeholders across the business.
  
  Excellent communication skills - You'll be communicating with people at different levels of the organisation, so you should be confident, approachable and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Good IT skills - You should have a good fundamental knowledge of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They will help you develop these skills further throughout your apprenticeship.
• Self-motivation and discipline - The role can involve working remotely, so you'll need to be organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload effectively.
• Problem-solving skills - You should be methodical and logical in your approach, with the ability to remain calm and find solutions when challenges arise.
• Passion for renewable energy - A genuine interest in renewable energy and the future of offshore wind is highly desirable. You'll be joining an industry that is helping shape a more sustainable future.
