Complex Support Worker

We're recruiting experienced, compassionate Care Assistants to join our nurse-led Complex Care team at Cera, supporting our client in Birmingham (B27) area., In this role, you will:

• Deliver respiratory care (suction, nebulisers)
• Support medications
• Monitor health and escalate concerns (seizures)
• Offer emotional support to the client and their family
• Work with nurses and wider care teams
• Follow clinical, safeguarding and infection control standards
• Keep clear, accurate care records
Shifts include 9am till 3pm, from Monday to Friday. Previous UK care experience is required for this role. Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme to equip you with the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Complex Support Worker.   £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
