Complex Care Support Worker

• Providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex autism and learning disabilities.
• Following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and individual support plans.
• Supporting with daily living skills, personal development, social integration, and managing personal finances.
• Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records.
• Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Driver with a UK Manual licence and access to a car
• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting people with autism and learning difficulties
• Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of person-centred approaches.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Desirable Level 2 or 3 in Health and social care., Must hold a UK Manual driving licence and have access to a car.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting people with autism and/or learning difficulties.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of person-centred approaches.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
