Female Brain Injury Support Worker Crewe Location: Crewe Pay: £15.45 per hour Days £16.48 per hour Nights £17.51 per hour Sundays Shifts Available: Days: 8:00am 8:00pm Nights: 8:00pm 8:00am Hours: 24 hours per week Applicants must be flexible to work both day and night shifts. Full UK driving licence required must be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle Make a Difference Every Shift We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our dedicated 2:1 complex care team supporting a young, active woman living with a brain injury in Crewe. She enjoys listening to music, watching TV, sensory activities, having her hair done and her nails painted. She also loves getting out into the community, enjoying fresh air and day trips. This is a rewarding role for someone who truly values person-centred care and building meaningful connections., We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Brain Injury Support Worker to join our 2:1 complex care team supporting a young, active woman with a brain injury in Crewe. The role involves providing personal care, mobility support, and assisting with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, seizure monitoring, and oxygen therapy. Encouragement of independence and emotional wellbeing is key, alongside supporting the individual's community access, social activities, and outings. Applicants must be flexible to work both day and night shifts and hold a full UK driving licence, confident in driving an automatic vehicle. Care experience with brain injuries or complex needs is essential, as is a compassionate, confident, and professional approach.
