Full Job Description
- Deliver safe, effective, compassionate nursing care to the client with a range of needs.
- Use strong clinical judgement to respond to changing health conditions.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Promote dignity, wellbeing, and a positive, supportive environment forthe client
- Uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to best practic. All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, verification of the right to work in the UK, and any other pre-employment checks required for the role.
- Registered Nurse qualification ( RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Strong clinical background with confident decision-making skills in complex care and acute settings
- A caring, professional, approachable personality committed to high-quality care.
- Experience and training in Tracheostomy and PEG feeding is essential.
