Paragon Home Healthcare is looking for dedicated caregivers to support a young medical student with complex care needs in Oxford. This role offers a structured 24/7 care package, with shift patterns providing predictability. Caregivers will work closely with experienced Critical Care RNs, building a consistent relationship with the client. Key requirements include experience in complex care and comfort with tracheostomy support. Competitive pay rates of £17.70/hr weekdays and £21.24/hr weekends apply.
