This is a community-based role supporting the client in their home and the local community. Key responsibilities include tracheostomy care, ventilation support, PEG/enteral feeding, seizure management, oral and tracheal suctioning, medication administration, and personal care. You will also support with meaningful activities such as yoga, drumming, community centre visits, and sensory activities., Complex Care Assistant / Healthcare Assistant (HCA) - Days & Nights, As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide 1:1 specialist support to a client living with complex health needs, including tracheostomy and airway management. This is a community-based role supporting the client in her home and the local community. Clinical Responsibilities Include:

• Tracheostomy care and airway monitoring
• Ventilation support
• PEG / enteral feeding
• Seizure management / epilepsy support
• Oral and tracheal suctioning
• Medication administration
• Personal care and moving & handling
You will also support with meaningful activities including yoga, drumming, community centre visits, museums, church attendance, and sensory activities. Essential Experience (Required) Experience as a Complex Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, or Support Worker Tracheostomy care (essential) Ventilation support Enteral/PEG feeding Seizure management Medication administration Right to work in the UK


• Essential experience required: Experience as a Complex Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, or Support Worker, with demonstrated skills in tracheostomy care, ventilation support, enteral/PEG feeding, seizure management, and medication administration.
