This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to help a young child with complex needs live the life they choose. You'll be supporting a young child who requires full assistance with day-to-day living, and the role involves providing personal and clinical care, managing conditions, and creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment., As a Female Complex Care Assistant, you'll be supporting a young child with complex needs, including assisting with personal and clinical care, managing conditions such as dystonia, minimal sight, and seizures, and creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment. The role requires a kind, patient, and flexible approach, as well as a willingness to learn and handle the physical aspects of the role.
