Full Job Description

  • To lead and co-ordinate the provision of a patient-centred Complementary Therapy Service for palliative care patients admitted to the inpatient unit (IPU), and attending our Living Well Out-patient services by offering hands-on therapies (such as massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, acupuncture and Reiki) and supporting group activities.
  • To recruit, train and co- ordinate volunteer Complementary Therapists providing management support and mentorship.
  • The role also includes the organisation and provision of complementary therapies to Royal Trinity staff to enhance their well-being.

This job is based in beautiful surroundings, and you would be joining an organisation with an exceptional reputation we are proud of., We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Complementary Therapist to join our Therapies Team, as a Complementary Therapy Co-ordinator and drive forward Royal Trinitys vision and values to ensure safe and outstanding care for our patients on the inpatient unit (IPU), outpatients and those attending our Living Well Service helping them to make the best of every moment.
