Full Job Description

Responsible for the operational delivery of the complaints process to ensure the implementation of the Complaints Handling Procedure across the Partnership and with a focus on the complaints investigation element and the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman activity. Participate in the delivery of training and education related to complaints to all levels and professions within the Partnership and to new members of the Complaints Team to ensure appropriate handling and compliance with policy We will fully support disabled candidates, and candidates with long-term conditions or who are neurodivergent by making reasonable adjustments to our recruitment policy and practices.
