Hiring manager: Amanda Morrissey and Abbie Lench
What youll do
Lead operational support for Competition Leads, Competition Organisers and League Organisers across Britain
Drive the delivery of the LTA Competition Plan
Strengthen workforce capability and support a nationwide network of competition providers
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance competition delivery and sustainability
Help create outstanding competition experiences for players at every level of the game
