Community Support Workers

Walfinch Suffolk Coastal is hiring Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across our Saxmundham Division.

What You Will Do

Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility support.

Provide emotional support and companionship during transition periods.

Assess evolving client needs and feedback vital information to our care management team based in Saxmundham.

Travel between client homes in Saxmundham, Leiston, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and surrounding villages
