Walfinch Suffolk Coastal is hiring Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across our Halesworth Division.

What You Will Do

Assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility support.

Provide emotional support and companionship during transition periods.

We provide specialaist dementia care for local charities

Assess evolving client needs and feedback vital information to our care management team based in Halesworth.

Travel between client homes in Halesworth, Southwold, Reydon and surrounding villages
