Community Support Worker (2:1 Support Role) - Norwich

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to support neurodiverse adults and young people with SEND alongside an existing team member. The role involves community-based activities, learning opportunities, and promoting independence.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting neurodiverse adults and/or young people with SEND
  • Aged 25+
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK

Salary: £27,189.76 per annum (reviewed after 6 months).

Some weekend working. No night shifts.
