We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Community Support Worker, who is reliable and flexible to join our South Somerset Older Persons Community Mental Health Team.If you have good interpersonal and organisational skills, enjoy a challenge and have a passion to deliver a high standard of patient care, then this is the opportunity for you!, You will support and assist Registered Mental Health Practitioners as a member of the Older Persons Community Mental Health team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.
