Full Job Description

Join us as a Community Support Worker and help people regain independence and confidence every day.

As a Community Support Worker, you will be compassionate, respectful and committed to making a positive difference in people's lives. You will have experience in health and social care and be confident working in a fast-paced, person-centred environment.

Flexible and adaptable in your approach, you will be responsive to the individual needs of those you support, helping them achieve greater independence and wellbeing.

You will enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be passionate about delivering high-quality support that improves outcomes for residents across Bracknell.

We have part-time roles working 18.5 hours or 25 hours per week, on a fixed three-week rolling rota.
