Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues,
updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene., The role of a Community Support Worker at Elysium Healthcare involves joining a supportive team to provide care for people with mental health conditions at Tydfil House in Abergavenny. As an experienced Healthcare Assistant, you are expected to have a naturally caring disposition and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
