Community Staff Nurse

Are you a Registered Nurse who is looking to make a difference in a new team or seeking a new challenge to help support patients in the community?, We are looking to recruit either 2 part time or a full time registered nurse to work within the Ashbourne Community Nursing service. We cover both Planned and Rapid work. Rapid shifts provide cover of the service until 18:30. We are a friendly, supportive team who work closely together to meet the needs of the housebound population within the Derbyshire Dales. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care promoting self care wherever possible in an efficient and clinically effective way, whilst maintaining privacy and dignity is vital. Providing advice, guidance and support to junior staff in the delivery of high quality care and actively supporting the District Nurse/Senior Community Nurse in the management of the health care environment are integral to this role.. • Experience of working in the community
• Evidence of research based/reflective practice, Long Term Conditions experience
• Wound management experience
• End of Life Care experience
